The 5290R(A9B9) is a high-performance, two-part addition-type potting silicone rubber designed for electronic and electrical applications. Combining exceptional thermal conductivity with excellent flow properties, this product offers both thermal management and mechanical protection. The red/white 1:1 mixing ratio ensures simple and consistent application.

Application Instructions
Preparation
Stir Part A and Part B separately to ensure uniformity before mixing.
Mixing
Weigh components in 1:1 ratio and mix thoroughly for homogeneous consistency.
Defoaming
  • Natural Defoaming: Allow 20-30 minutes for air bubble release
  • Vacuum Defoaming: 5-10 minutes at -0.1 MPa vacuum
Potting
Apply to clean, dry surfaces while mixture maintains good flowability.
Curing
Room temperature or heat accelerated curing available. Higher temperatures reduce curing time.
Packaging & Storage
Packaging: 5290RA9 20kg/barrel, 5295RB9 20kg/barrel
Storage: 8-28°C in cool, dry location. 6 month shelf life when properly stored.
Safety Information
Store in sealed containers away from children. Avoid contact with N, P, S organic compounds and Sn, Pb, Hg, As ionic compounds which may inhibit curing. Consult MSDS for complete safety details.
